Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags. The product should not show any signs of wear and should not have been used. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have been used or damaged beyond our partner's control.

Hygienic products generally cannot be returned. This applies to products of a personal nature as defined in Article 6.3 of Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. The law on distance selling provides for this exception to the right of withdrawal and it is expressly included in our return policy. These return conditions are part of our general terms and conditions and are accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

The customer is not entitled to a refund if items are returned unilaterally and without prior permission. Even if it is later discovered that the seal has been broken or the products have been used, the customer is not entitled to a refund. To be eligible for a refund, a completed return form must be included with the return package. The return form is sent by customer service after contact has been made.

A return shipment must have a Track and Trace code. The Track and Trace code must be shown upon request from hkeasyfresh.nl. The return shipment must be sent to the return address specified on the return form to qualify for a refund. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we receive the items you've returned, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

Step 1: Fill out the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
